By using SpicyVidz (the "Site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, leave the Site.

1. Adults only (18+)

The Site contains sexually explicit material intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and it must be legal for you to view adult content in your location. Do not use the Site if you are younger or if adult content is unlawful where you are. Parents and guardians can block access with tools such as Net Nanny, Cyber Patrol or the device-level parental controls on your phone or computer. This Site is labelled with the RTA ("Restricted To Adults") tag to make filtering easy.

2. What the Site is

SpicyVidz is a video aggregation and search service. Videos are embedded or linked from independent third-party websites; we do not produce, upload or host the video files. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of those third-party sites.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use automated tools to scrape the Site, overload it, or bypass any access, ad or age-verification measure.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or other users' data.
• Do not use the Site to view, collect or share content that depicts minors or non-consensual acts. Report any such content to us immediately at [email protected] and it will be removed.

4. Content removal

We remove content on request when it infringes copyright (see our DMCA policy), depicts someone without their consent, or is otherwise unlawful. Send the page URL and a short explanation to [email protected].

5. Advertising and cookies

The Site is supported by advertising. Ads may open in a new window or tab. Third-party advertisers may set cookies under their own policies. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Site's design, code and original text are owned by its operators. Videos, images and marks shown belong to their respective owners.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or of any third-party site linked or embedded from it.
